It’s been online for a few weeks now, a drawing tool for kids I’ve developped for the French leader of direct response marketing (on kids clothes).

I’ve done all the flash developpment in as2 (everything but the popup done by shoebox)

The main difficulties were :

• to make it easy to use by a kid
• to save a huge amount of data to store the drawing (as the drawing area is about 400*350px, I could’t send a bitmap data)
• to keep a good framerate after a long drawing
• to build it in a short time (about 7 days)

Finally the client was happy , and re-use it in different occasions (april fool’s tricks, mother’s day…
